A recent class-action lawsuit against Johnson & Johnson has been reached in regards to the labeling and packaging of some products. The lawsuit claimed Johnson & Johnson mislabeled its Bedtime Bath Products as “clinically proven” to help baby sleep better.
The settlement provides that eligible Canadians may claim a cash refund of up to $3.00 per eligible product purchased, to a maximum of FIVE products. NO PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED.
You are eligible to make a claim if you purchased one or more of the following products in Canada, during the period starting July 1, 2010.
