Ladies, this is an EXTREMELY IMPORTANT Recall Announcement!
Kimberley-Clark has voluntarily recalled its U by Kotex Sleek Tampons, Regular Absorbency sold in Canada and the United States after several reports of the product unraveling and/or coming apart upon removal. In some cases, users have needed to seek medical attention to have pieces left in the body removed.
There also have been a small number of reports of infections, vaginal irritation, localized vaginal injury, and other symptoms.
This recall is specific to U by Kotex Sleek, Regular Absorbency tampons sold prior to October 16, 2018. No other U by Kotex products are affected.

If you do have U by Kotex Sleek, Regular Absorbency Tampons that are included in this recall, stop using them immediately. There is no need to return the product to a store.

UPDATE I called as I had a box under recall, and the customer service rep has sent me a $6 pre-paid Gift Card to purchase replacement box!
