Heinz is once again in the news this morning with another baby food recall!
Following up from the recall of Heinz’s apple, broccoli, pea and brown rice children’s food, another product is being pulled from the shelves.
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is advising consumers to throw out or return to place of purchase the following products:
– Heinz’s Pear Green Bean Mango children’s food in the 128 ML package. The code on the product is 2016 MA 24 SK 5B24, and have a UPC of 0 57000 02991 3.
The recall was triggered by a consumer complaint. The products may suffer from a potential loss of seal, causing spoilage. An investigation is being conducted by CFIA, which may lead to the recall of other products.
