And the mail drought continues…
It’s been so slow all month long. I feel like I’m waiting on a mountain of freebies – Windsor salt, Good Deeds Day Accessory, Mrs Dash Seasoning Mix, L’Oreal Miracle Blur & Finish just to name a few! That’s not to say we didn’t get anything this week, it was actually pretty great!
I got a couple of envies from GoCoupons including the $3 off Royale Tiger Towels Coupon. That and the Barilla Pasta Plus coupon – good thing it expires TODAY! Yeesh…
I also got the Pillsbury Toaster Strudel Coupon from Save.ca and the Canada Dry coupon from their Valentine’s Day giveaway.
My Biore Sample Pack arrived earlier this week (no longer available). I comes with a Deep Pore Charcoal Cleanser & Self Heating One Minute Mask samples. Looking forward to trying this one 🙂
I also got my super cute BVLGARI perfume sample. It is actually a tiny little bottle of perfume & it came all the way from Italy. I can now understand why it took SO LONG for this one to come. I requested this in September and it just showed up this week. That is 6 months! Then when it arrived, I couldn’t figure out how to get into it for the longest time! Even after seeing the directions inside the box 😉 the thing wouldn’t open. Tried it again today when the bottle had warmed up – much easier!
So all of that together makes a pretty awesome mail haul.
But to top it all of, I also received this..
A couple of weeks ago, a SaveaLoonian named Maryam sent me a very nice email. In it, she offered to send me a product she had won in a contest that wasn’t being used at her house. I accepted and this week a parcel from her arrived. Not only did Maryam send me the product she mentioned in her email, but also a wonderful assortment of freebies & samples 😀 And best of all, there was a hand written thank you card included. The gesture really touched me and brought a tear to my eye.
Maryam’s package made this a truly GREAT mail week!
