Skip Hop is a brand guided by a strong commitment to producing quality products so after receiving a small number of complaints they are recalling the Moonlight & Melodies Nighlight Soothers elephant and owl models.
The wall adapter could pose a potential safety risk if part of the adapter fragments when unplugged from the wall. This issue affects the wall adapter, not the one-piece cord adapters.
The recall affects products sold between July 2016 and August 2017 in Canada and the United States as well as several other countries.
If you have a recalled product, you are encouraged to stop using it immediately.
