Delissio Pizza Recall

Oh boy. Nestle Canada has issued a bit of an unsettling recall this afternoon. If you buy frozen pizza, you’re going to want to read this.

Nestle Canada is voluntarily recalling 2 batches of Delissio Frozen Pizza due to the possibility of small pieces of GLASS being present.

The affected products are:

There have been a small number of consumer complaints of finding glass in their pizza. Delissio believes the issue stems from spinach, which is a common ingredient in both pizzas.

Consumers who have Delissio Pizzeria Vintage Tuscan Style Chicken and Delissio Thin Crispy Crust Grilled Chicken Tomato & Spinach pizzas with the affected batch codes should contact Consumer Services for reimbursement at 1-855-395-1238 and then dispose of the product.
