There is currently a recall underway on Playtex pacifier holder clips!
The pacifier holders are identified by UPC number 7830005924.
The recalled product can crack and a small part can break off which can cause a choking hazard!
Approximately 150,000 holders were distributed in Canada and approximately 1,250,000 in the United States at various retailers.
