Each eligible child is entitled to receive one FREE helmet. To be eligible, your child must have been born in the corresponding year and be registered to play minor hockey in Canada. Parents must register their child. Coaches, managers or team officials may not register their team. Parents must complete the registration process and then bring the documentation to their preferred Chevrolet dealer
