Order a sample kit of Poise Original Pads or Poise Hourglass Pads. Just fill out the short form (starting with the absorbancy question) and you will be given a recommended sample. Make sure you select Canada English (or French) from the top of the page first to get the Canadian order form. You are able to order once every 6 months.
