WOO! This is a bit of good news for a Friday afternoon!
Do you recall, back in February, we posted about DRAM Class-Action Lawsuit? Anyone who bought (basically) anything electronic in the late 90’s and early 2000’s was entitled to a payout under the terms of this settlement.
If you filed a claim (and I know thousands of you did!), check your email to see if your claim has been approved!
NDT RicePoint, the company handling the claims, sent out emails today informing people if their claim has been approved and how much they will be receiving!
I got my approval notice and I’m getting the fixed compensation payout of $20!!
Payouts are expected to be mailed out by the end of 2015 – should make for a little help during the busy (and expensive!) holiday season!
